I returned from a week of vacation in the usual third country (in St. Johann Tirol) and in the usual hotel, the Hotel Fischer.

Many will think, "routine." Yes, in this case are proud to be a creature of habit, and if somebody someday decide to spend a week in this place, you'll understand why this is my "insistence".
The town of St. Johann, if you think you see in the picture postcard village immediately to the classic, and it is so! The amazing thing though, is that when we're a few days you realize you live in a country postcard, but in 2010! Not like many similar towns in Italy, where villages seem to be out of the Middle Ages, and when coming into contact with the locals you realize you have stepped back in 5 / 6 centuries!
The hotel is very nice and well kept, staff (from the owner) always available, friendly and polite. The kitchen is very good and what is not a minor, has always been among the various menus, a vegetarian scope: you are not forced to eat meat and the like if you do not want.
funny was the "discovery" of the electric bike that the hotel offers to customers: in fact it is a bike with pedal assistance. Virtually on the exercise bike pedals like home (and then almost effortlessly) and go up to 13/14 km / h. ... Pretty cool!
Also the hotel offers its guests free entry to the swimming pool of the country: a system with less than 2 pools of 50 meters, one for children, one with a waterslide for all ages and indoors but gives the possibility of entering into another heated pool tub. The latter, in turn, faces the outside. Everything is bathed in a park full of green and clean.
For people who want to spend a relaxing holiday, good humor and cheerfulness, St. Johann is Highly recommended by me!
I believe that in future I will come back again, also because I've never tried skiing for the winter. A hug to all
