Periodontal Disease By Skoal

AT LEAST ONE TOUR OF LAKE RESIA
Yes, Saturday, July 31 at 17:00, after more than three months, he returns to racing with a number attached to the chest. L 'at is the Tour of Reschensee that runs Graun in Vinschgau. The path winds around the lake where the famous bell tower protrudes and is characterized by challenging 15.4 km because of the ups and downs will continue from 4 ° to 11 ° Km
Lack of time this month I neglected a lot to the blog, but not the 'workout. The preparation for this race lasted five weeks, in which I put in my way a bit 'of everything. Here are the details:
-Repeated 6x1000m (4'02''-3'54''-3'54''-3'52''-3'53''-3'46 ' ') recovery jog
-Repeated 8x1000m (3'44''-3'42''-3'45''-3'45''-3'47''-3'48''- 3'45''-all ' octave burst) recovery to step up to Fc = 110 beats per minute
Repeated-4x2000 (3'55''-4'02''-3'56''-3'59'') 3 minutes recovery at 4'30''
-Repeated uphill slope 6x100m 10/12% (time between 21''and 25'')
-Repeated uphill slope 8x100m 12.10% (time between 22''e 25'')
-Repeated uphill slope 10x100m 10/12% (time between 1 22''and 26'')
-Middle hilly 15.22 km 4'18 ' '
-Middle of 14.67 km 4'23''
-Lake Tour Molveno undulating su sterrato 16,34 Km a 4'52''
So for Resia everything is ready, this week was the exhaust with a day of rest between a 'workout el' more ... finally ran a little 'fresh.
's goal is one and only one, improving 1h03'14''last year' s!
Good run

Invitation Text For Three Year Old Birthday

LOST

I in Rome, where I fell on Wednesday June 30 at 18.
I should point out the times they are an integral part of the story.
LOST because I felt suddenly thrown into a story that I had chosen, Lost in a place where loneliness kills more of the diseases, because the twisted LOST Italian health system does not leave room for imagination, we are in a country where echelons anyone give up anything and the deck is then cut short the next time the health mica so 'is the next .. I .... There are
happened because suddenly my face was swollen, reddened, covered with boils and also began to burn like the fires of hell. Finding myself near the Termini train station, I caught a taxi with the plague-stricken face watermelon and I flew to the hospital ...
It is true that I was not dying, it is true that I arrived by taxi as a lady, it is right to be given priority to emergencies, but we lack, is sacrosanct that I wait my turn for 14 hours, you've got it right 14 hours, until 8 the next day, passing through all the chairs in the emergency room and talking to all the customers among such
-3 Indians with whom I spoke in gestures;
a clear-hypochondriac who was stationed there for 20 hours, telling everyone what he thought he had;
-una ragazza che aveva la nonna che girava tutti gli ospedali della città senza capire cosa avesse;
Qui NON PARLERO’ delle condizioni igieniche del Pronto Soccorso,NON PARLERO’ del bagno sporco di urina-sangue- e chissà cosa mancava, senza sapone per lavarsi le mani e senza carta per asciugare che cazzo asciughi se non hai lavato no? che in 14 ore NESSUNO HA PULITO, con un afflusso di 20/30 persone all’ora in varie condizioni di salute, NON PARLERO’ lack of education of staff in which he believed to work at the fish market, NOT their PARLERO'delle rispostacce of people who are the public not knowing how to do-and it tells one that works to the public for 20 years and considers that respect for others, the basis of civilized life. "
when I shall, however, damn it, when, finally after 14 hours by analyzing the blood-mi-mi-mi measuring the hearing of chest-fever-I visit ask me what I ate drank smoked touched looked as thought in the last lick 24 hours-I say 'is an allergy attack' 'Yes, but I have not ever had, what could have happened, and anyway what can I take?' Well here I wanted there Scream when you, Medical Director of Emergency Department of Policlinico Umberto I say, 'Oh, no nothing should be seen by a dermatologist! He will antistamici cortisone and in all probability '
BUT AS I DO NOT EVEN BY A PASTICCHINO cortisone BUT I SAY THE SHOW THAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT OR I've got that are always so bad-Red-Bellied-bubonic ????? ??????????????????????????????????????
And you think that 14 hours I was there because I had nothing to do but the birthday dinner of my niece that I see once every three months with the family I see once a year ???????? ?
Now I wonder why I did not scream, perhaps out of respect for patients around ...
out of there to go to the specialist for this shit about cortisone I miss' na addict in withdrawal symptoms after losing half a day in 24 feet with no dinner or breakfast not a minute of sleep ... it was hard, shocking but I would say I am alive and well and that is what counts.
Maybe it was just a dream??

ps
I came across in the last episode of LOST last season and I will tell you that I decided to see it to close the circle that was not really that round, which began with the watching a few episodes including the first ... ... ..
I'll tell you, beautiful, very beautiful indeed, leave a very emotionally engaging, masterful plot twist in my personal opinion. Exciting, leave a sense of wonder and a chill down my spine as the final few can do.

When a dream is about to become reality

confess: last night I really had difficulty getting to sleep, so much adrenaline that I was still circulating in and such was the excitement for an event that is still barely to believe that could be achieved.
Every time I close my eyes I was immediately reminded of a color: orange. So much orange. Color that has accompanied the whole day so many people. That color will accompany the heroes of "X You Run" until Saturday, July 3 when they come to the streets of Porto Azzurro for the conclusion of a race in some respects mad ..... But then the big companies have not been completed thanks to a touch of madness of the actors?
At the time of departure on the stage of garden bridges to Bagno a Ripoli were Mayor Luciano Bartolini, Leonardo Pieraccioni the well-known, the singer Aleandro Baldi, the legendary Catherine Bellandi (taxi Milan 25), the indefatigable journalist Nadia Bottoms .... but above all he was Don Andrea; Project "Sassi Turchini" ( http://www.sassiturchini.org/ ) is a dream and over the years has used all his strength and his energy to it be born, grow up ....
I still remember that night in August of about 10 years ago when Don went to Olena Andrea thrilled with the outcome of his trip to the Island of Elba had received the go ahead by the city of Porto Azzurro for the construction of a stable Elba house rental Group. And I remember very well how "twisted" the mouth and a lapidary "seems to me crazy" I tried to get him back down to earth. We had become non-profit association by a few years and I firmly believe that we were too "unhinged" in order to bring out one thing that I saw too big for us.
Years later Andrea thank Don for not having gone along, but rather to have gone forward in realizing his dream of asking for help to the four winds, never stopping in front of all the obstacles that occurred before and certainly will continue to arise.
The dream of Don Andrea was (and still is) so contagious that now has become the dream of hundreds and hundreds of volunteers, disabled, families, people more or less famous, and so on .... . And mine too!
Yesterday I was reminded about the jokes we did with Don Andrea Chiara paraphrasing one of his typical mode of expression: "Ciccio, the important is the 'donassi ....". Well, yesterday to "donassi" there are not only the wonderful volunteers of the AVG. Yesterday we opened a new chapter involving many more people. Now many are starting to realize that the wonderful thing AVG is building (and I'm not just talking about the village!).
back at the "Run X You" I think it should be mentioned that two people have made it possible: Michele Innocenti and Nadia Bottoms.
Michele Innocenti, the mind (as well as the leg!) Of this race with a smile on the lips I still call "crazy." It is crazy, why think of more than 180 miles on foot without any medals or reward in money alla fine, vista la società contemporanea, mi sembra solo e soltanto follia!
Loro ringraziavano me!!!
E Nadia Fondelli. Conosco da poco tempo Nadia, ma ho capito subito di that this is an extraordinary person. First of all: a person who always (and I stress always!) Speaks to you with a smile on the lips. Always willing to talk. And above all capable of putting an enviable passion in everything he does!
Michael, Nadia: Thank you!
A last but not least, thoughts turn to the beautiful girls of the AVG: Sofia, Costanza, Heather, Irene, Alice, Silvia, Claudia, and I apologize if I forgot some names. In recent weeks I have had the opportunity to work closely with many of them and if ever proof were needed I could see what kind of people are wonderful: when the "power" is a woman like this .... Well: WELL-BEING!
Force "X You Run"!
Force AVG!
